Check-In Procedure

Please DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE HOUSE UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO. READ THE FOLLOWING FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CHECK-IN

There will be no check-in available after 8pm.

Please plan accordingly. If you can not arrive before 8pm. please make your reservation for the following day.

Please read this so you know what to expect on the day of your arrival. If you are unsure about how to get here, please CLICK HERE and enter your "FROM" location for complete driving directions to Sunrise Beach, MO. Check-in is normally at or after 4 P.M. unless otherwise pre-arranged. Please notify us well in advance if you plan to be here later than 5 P.M. Please call 573-374-1000 when you arrive in Sunrise Beach. This is our office number and will be forwarded to a cell phone when away from the office. We will arrange to meet you at our office. From there, you and your party will be led to the property you have rented for a complete walk through. We will explain everything you need to know about the property and give you the keys to where you will be staying. Please have your driver's license and the credit card that you used for your reservation with you and ready for verification. 

After that, We will be happy to answer any questions you may have so you can start your vacation.  

Things you need to bring with you

You should bring your food, coffee, clothes, favorite beverage, beach towels, paper towels, flotation if you plan to swim in the lake, shower soap, shampoo and charcoal for the grill if you plan to BBQ. Some houses provide gas grills, some have charcoal only and some have both. Please check PHOTOS & AMENITIES of the property you will be at so you will know in advance what to expect. We provide just about everything else.

Check out Procedure

Check out is normally at or before 10A.M on the date of your departure. If you plan to leave earlier than 10, please let us know so we can make other arrangements. You will be called at approximately 9:30 to remind you that someone will be coming for a  final walkthrough. We do this in your presence in order to verify the condition of the property before you leave. "These procedures do not apply to RV Camping". Please have all dishes, pots & pans etc. cleaned and put back where they were when you arrived. Please have all trash in bags and outside in the receptacle provided at the property. Our housekeeping staff will take care of used towels and linens. Additional house keeping charges may be assessed and charged to your credit card if the property is left extremely untidy. We can not be responsible for lost or left behind articles. If found, we will make every attempt to mail them to you at your expense.
